Join it if you want a salary by pleasing the boss ,middle managers especially those located in Hyderabad are pathetic and there is a lot of TT(Telugu Telugu) culture,petty politics is common and misinformation to US management is an everyday affair.But the US management is also indifferent to employees complaints

Salary was good but not been given on time since 2 year, please note that its from the begaining and not due to covid situation .

Culture was toxic, Micromanagement, No time Management, No after sales service or reports been given to clients. Attitude of company towards clients requirement was very bad which is " My company my rules". Keeping illegal employees without workpermit and accusing employees when asked for workpermit. No medical or job security for employees on husband visa.CEO and one old staff loves to gossip and make environment unhealthy. They are not practical. It looks like the company is just a part time for CEO. They don't no what exactly they want to do. Keeps experimenting or changing plans and logo every year . Very poor client service . Toxic work environment. Threat for customers.
