Upper management and even Middle management....people were very good...Down to earth...Salary exceptionally good but Lead qualification criteria was a huge headache and very different compared to B2B companies rest...The owners Awdut Sir ..Nilesh sir etc etc leaders are extremely well behaving & Professional

Quality parameter are outsourced from planet pluto.Client is looking for genuine leads HQL means Heavenly qualified leads....Its a captive BPO reason might be so...But for DGEs " Mehnath kar...Dariya mey daal.."

Pathetic, high insecurity. The management eats you up. The Pune based leaders promotes high toxic work culture. They just want employees to work their blood and bone and in return they kick you off anytime without any reason.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
