The business leader of the digital analytics team is someone who has no understanding of this field. He had hired someone to lead the team who is even more incompetent and they together have ruined this team, causing a lot of pain to everyone around. The so called "Business leader" and his manager's concepts are extremely dated and they both have a chronic issue of not admitting that they are wrong. I was working on one project even on weekends, as soon the project was completed. There were no projects after that and simply told our whole team to resign. No job security and no clear communication with the management team. Most selfish and worst company to work

Colleagues are good. But it doesn't matter unless you are not having a good manager and work environment.
It's a worst work culture in USA recruitment team and process. I worked for more than 2 years because of my financial problems. Managers are carrying a worst attitude because they based in USA. A lot of humiliation, humiliation, HUMILIATION, work pressure, not even a single appreciation, mental torture, threatening your job and force you to work on weekends. Your experience doesn't matter here. Manager will treat you as a fresher and count only infovision experience. Even if you work for more than 5 years, it doesn't matter to the manager. He will just check, either you are a kneel down person or not. You have to accept even it is not your mistake. Otherwise he will start threatening you always and humiliate infront your colleagues even you are a senior person than others. All are direct client requirements but you can't work with vendor company until the manager will tell you to work with vendors. It may take 4 years or 8 years depends on manager's favoritism. The main worst part is... "YOU should respect your manager calling as SIR". If not, manager will through you out within 2 months. I am Sure, no doubt on it. Many employees left this company within 2 months and 5 months. But whoever is working for morethan 6 years are really can't quit this company. Because of the habitual of calling Sir, sir, sir, sir, sir... I wrote an email to higher authority even CEO and Managing Director when I left this company. But nobody responded. I just got a call from HR. They didn't care about it. I can write my manager name. But humanity matters. I can't behave like them....Read More
