Likes

The company has three main domains Master Data Management(MDM), Enterprise Data Integration(EDI) and Big Data. I love the flat structure of the company which allows us to interact and work with senior technical employees at initial stage of your career. Few projects have on-site depends on the project and client location.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management is lacking. Opportunities are given to some and they become the critical resources of the company.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
