Good work life balance and good project to work within organisation. Team and Infosys management treats you well. Hybrid and clean workplace and safe especially for women.

Dislikes

Irregular salary hikes, nobody will recognise you and your work unless you are someone's favourite. Late promotion, again it will change if you are dear one. Heigher management only think of theirself. No one will retain you even if you are a hardworking and tenure employee.

There is benifits for employees, night shift employees not getting proper shift allowance and promotion or progression very late.

Worst work culture, also the salary kept decreasing every month, never received the salary that’s promised on the offer letter. The night shift allowance is equal to offering beggars!!

Everything depends on the management, if you suck up to them then only you will get additional incentives, promotions, and bonuses. Doesn't matter how hard you work or how efficiently your deliver. Politics is way to high, you cannot point out the mistake management is making or else they will get offended. There is security of job over here so people at higher people treat this as a government job. They behave as if they are God and no one can touch them, which explains then insulting junior level employees. No proper guidance on growth, when I asked for the areas I should focus on in order to get a promotion i was gotten a feedback, listen to your manager and when time will be right he will give it to you. According the present situation I'm writing the review in Infosys BPM there is no growth no hike from past 2.5 years no value for hardwork just a automation is enough for a good rating and politics will be the main thing in promotion no employee skill.

Salary are less, zero hike after 18 months of service, the work culture depends project to project. But overall on an average culture is nonsense in BPM. Don't take job in BPM unless you are jobless. Infosys limited have more perks than Infosys BPM. Choose wisely

It’s good culture, very good scope to learn new things to make the work-life balance. Have good skill development opportunities and last but not the least for job security.

Very less work satisfaction, salary n other benefits policies are not good, needs to improve. Very less chance to promotions/appraisals.
