Since Joining this team, I have learned the value of time commitment. While management maintains a strict approach, it is very secure workplace for both Men and Women. They're make employees to quit the job. More Politics. Higher officials aren't let management know about the good things done by employees. If any problem occurs in the team, they pretend to not know about anything before the management even if they know about everything. Knowledge wise growth is very slow. Team Leaders aren't having enough knowledge to lead the team members.
