Job Description :

• Greeting , welcoming and providing information to the visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer all incoming calls, redirect them and take accurate messages as required.
• Managing and scheduling appointments, meetings etc.
• Providing general administrative support to HR and various departments as needed.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Shift : Monday to Saturday 10am to 6. 30pm

Eligiblity :

• Any degree with good command over English and Tamil language.
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel
• 2-4 years Experience in the relevant position
  
• Immediate Joiner
• Being able to speak in any regional language will be beneficial.
