Job Switch :
is it really easy to switch job and land interviews . There are so many sites with jobs posted and also there are ample amount of jobs as seen but why the resume is not getting selected ? Is there anyone whose resume gets selected in jobs posted ? Even if the ATS score is high they are not selected !
