Principal Software Engineer :

We're looking for a highly skilled and innovative Principal Software Engineer - Java candidate with experience in Java, Cloud Applications, AI/ML, Database, and Kubernetes to join our team in Bangalore.

You will report to the Director, Development.

You will work with the Integration AI Team.

Technology You'll Use :

Java, Cloud Applications, Kubernetes, Spring, AI/ML frameworks, Vector Databases

Your Role Responsibilities ? Here's What You'll Do :

- Design and develop scalable, cloud-native solutions for AI-powered workflow automations, schema intelligence & GenAI integrations.

- Collaborate, and develop programming environment with peer engineers, and architects spanning their respective areas to deliver end-to-end components and features.

- Gather and interpret broad requirement specifications from customers/Product Management that are not yet defined.

- Champion software engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and automation.

- Produce techno-functional specs and designs based on high-level requirements.

- Estimate efforts, identify risks, and meet project schedules.

- Be an amazing performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a fast-growing distributed workplace.

- Work in an Agile software development team delivering product and feature increments in short iterations.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.

What We'd Like To See :

- Experience with cloud-native development and deployment processes.

- Experience with Kubernetes stack.

- Experience in GenAI, RAG pipelines and schema intelligence.

- 8+ years of experience developing enterprise software products using Java technologies.

- Excellent coding and design skills in Java server-side technologies, object-oriented concepts, and Java open-source frameworks are mandatory.

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React and modern UI development

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.

Role Essentials :

- Experience in Java, Cloud applications, database concepts

- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and Vector databases.

- Familiarity with the Agile development process.

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
