Join this company to get insulted n fired. Get bullied, harassed, n insulted by founders or managers. Girls be aware of ur managers. Employees r like tissues - use n throw. Job security is zero. Zero training or development. My advice is to avoid dis organisation. Founders have a group of informers as he is more interested in gossiprather than performance or growth. Admin is busy striking a deal with vendors while the accounts head is always on personal calls. HR is mere a puppet or informer to management n VP. No HR knowledge especially Noida n Mumbai HR. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
