I really enjoy working at Infogain because everything runs so smoothly. The organization fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment, with clear processes and a strong focus on employee growth. Dislikes

There isn’t much to dislike about working at Infogain. If I had to mention something, it would be that, like any organization, there can be occasional challenges in aligning timelines or managing priorities, but these are minor and usually resolved quickly through teamwork and communication.

Promotions and appraisals are very less Implementing WFO or Hybrid modal is of no use as most of the team members work from different location If WFH implemented permanently it could be best

Had joined with a very positive mindset like I always do while joining a new organisation and this time the positivity was at peak going by the interaction and the way I was welcomed to the team. Have lot of work on a daily basis which is a positive sign and enjoyable experience for any professional.

Dislikes

Favouritism, biasness, abuse.. All the above are a demeanor and works against any Salary range you are offered. Abuse without any reason. Maybe disturbed personal/professional life at the other side but that's not acceptable at all.

Everything, like Office politics that destroyed career of many hard working employee.once u joined in bonus u will get Lot of stress, no wok life balance..Dogs barks are better than managers meetings.

Zero Job Security, as they are dependent on the projects given by other organisations. Project Base work, if you didn't get opportunity to shift to other project you will be as to leave Recent management is not Indian and he don't have any soft-corner for indians.
