Also there is no or poor coordination between HR, admin and their contractor vendor company. Management is poor and immature. Same is HR and admin. No proper processes and procedures. Company has double standards. At one end they want to Grate Plate to Work at other end they use toxic, derogatory and deeming language with the employees.
