The team under Ravindra Arora is very toxic ,Deepak kumar head of cyber defense is such a toxic person that he has ousted last 4 employees from his team within a month or so.He is unofficial driver of CISO and abusive person.

Leave policies are good, however you can't take any

They treat you like a labour, managers are all working in survival mode, every one is trying to save themselves. No application for hard work, fired many people by putting them in PIP. Increments given this year were 2% on an average.
