NcR management as well as HR is very unprofessional. Anything is assigned anytine,ad hic work,no timings,work life imbalance. I was not even given my experience letter inspite of 3 reminders by HR and ultimately i had to email/contact employment ministry to get my letter.

Worst company to work, no work life balance at all. Managers don’t even bother to ask the meeting timings to the team even they directly schedule it from 8:00PM to 10PM in the night and expect their team to work on weekends too. And Managers don’t treat equal to contract and full time employees.

1. First they will give u counter offer will mke u join in one day. 2.after joining no one to give kt even after one month n tell u deadline of project is in one month 3. Whole team is developed from scratch as all old employees left bcz of disgusting mangment n time delivery. 4. with no kt no assets ,stupid scrum master would ask uto start designing project. 5.forces poor employees to do set up by telling them anonymous names of other teams who thereself dont know set up as they are not from same project. 6.then would ask n says u need to join on saturday and sunday as they have deadline to project without being basic help to team. 7. 3 months notice period in probation. 8. When u put down paper they will ask u to join other team . When u deny to serve with kind words n raising issues in team they will ask you to serve notice period. When there is not even start of A of application. 9.then after these so called cooperative HR would disappear suddenly as there lies are caught. 10. U have to follow up with management to return their assets back for almost 25 days.they dont care. 11. No hr feedback call. No fnf discussion ..nothing. 12. After four months of leaving organization, these frauds would send u an big calculation email with huge amount saying np recovery. Bt while leaving they wld nt say buyout they will not tell u anything as if they have accepted. 13.and in that too they will not give u one month salary of urs plus three months np they will charge 5lakh +. 14. Fraud organizations n dats y keeps 3 months np in probation . 15. N then after four months sends email to transfer money. 16.never join such a disgusting organization who are self proclaimed MNC. 17. Company has double standards. At one end they want to Grate Plate to Work at other end they use toxic, derogatory and deeming language with the employees. Even after bringing good business for the company. This company has Subhas Chandra Bose like leaders who only needs blood and after sucking the blood they fire the employees. All they do is give more appreciations only for the females.

It is a pathetic company with CEO like Dinesh Vengupal and Delivery Leaders as Mohit Bat and Navaneethan. There is CHRO is the only employee who enjoys the WorkLifeBalance. He will go for Jog, Cycling, and Gym, and even for the makeup. Other employees will go through agony and pain and he will be the only person enjoying life to the fullest.

Had joined with a very positive mindset like I always do while joining a new organisation and this time the positivity was at peak going by the interaction and the way I was welcomed to the team. Have lot of work on a daily basis which is a positive sign and enjoyable experience for any professional.

Favouritism, biasness, abuse.. All the above are a demeanor and works against any Salary range you are offered. Abuse without any reason. Maybe disturbed personal/professional life at the other side but that's not acceptable at all.
