Being a start up and having only 1000-1500 employees, your work gets quickly visible. If you are good at networking, you can make contacts with people easily

Dislikes

Lack of vision, no planning on demand vs supply which lead to over hiring at all departments. Despite being good performers people are getting fired because they do not have much work as per their grade and salary.

There are many great people at InfoCepts who are really supporting. The people I have met here I will look up to for the rest of my life. The learnings and opportunities I have gotten recently in my career are really valuable for me. Though this may differ from project to project.

There is a grey area when talking about work load and pressure for a fresher who doesn't get paid enough. Even after giving your 100% in the job, the salary was not satisfactory.
