Appraisal is terrible ,they didn't even follow thier own system of appraisal. Doesn't matter your rating is high or low and how well you performed they give appraisal like insulting you. Not recommended if want growth in learning and financial wise both.

There are no good projects to work upon. The projects which they have involves support work rather than development work. There is no clarity on the road map of the company. Those who are on bench / do not have project allocated they need to complete the working hours compulsory. In case of personal / emergency work they do not allow WFH for those who are on bench.

3 yrs ago InfoBeans was Eternus it was the best company to work with or to learn and Cultural also very good.

Infobeans is only good if your client is good.

When hiring, they promise things but won't deliver when you join. They promised me food but didn't give anything. There are multiple instances like that.
