They dislike management people and practices they thing it's useless, only tech job is result oriented, all project managers are techie none of them professionally PM qualified, PMP certified or managment people are downgraded and demotivated. Nothing. It's purely based on the team whom you are working for. BUT mostly, for freshers it can be beneficial. After 1+ years, it's really a waste of time to sit in Infinite and waste your time. I'm also just trying to develop skills and waiting for the right opportunity to move away from this toxic company and work culture.

Not even a 10% I will say good things about Infinite. I have experienced the worst phase in my beginning of my career in Infinite. Currently, I have analysed my long term goals and working towards that. Once, I upskill I'll definitely switch rather than staying in this toxic company.
