Nothing. The rules and policies only are beneficial to the company and not to employees.

Dislikes

The work culture. They expect you to sacrifice all your mind soul for the company. And even after that they hardly give any appreciation or raise. They commit to the client without giving a shit about employee. Some clients treat us like workers and they are okay with it and never do anything about it. There is hardly any provision to change the BU with employee's choice. It can only be done if manager is willing to....Read More
