Its a different feeling working at Infinite. Its bit addictive. You get to see some good things technically because, they get such clients.

Dislikes

Higher management is from cognizant. So any open position for Sr leadership post, Cognizant guys will get it. Sr. Management is very harsh. THey do not have head on their shoulders. Their Townhall is a technical session, inexperience evident of very bad leadership.

Working in multiple projects, context switching and focusing is a challenge to begin with but things settle pretty fast into routine. Only problem is that the work time is stretched since we support multiple clients
