Infinite computer solution is good .but client iron mountain is worst. Client name is anil zampa he dont have much knowledge on front end angular. he do lot of micro managment.which is pathetic. Dont join iron mountain projects.

Client project from Iron mountain is worst. Client name Anil zampa he is worst fellow and dump. He is working in HITL project and IDP project. He do lot of micro management everytime. He will inform to his superiors if candidate misses one day work. That superior person listen to his words which is pathetic.

Service Provider Company with no management policies. Managers modifiy the policy according to them. Nothing to learn here. You will get the 10% hike annually but hike in variables like gratuity and group insurance. In hand you will get only 1500 rs per month max. 3 months notice period, mentioned buy opt in offer letter but they will not release you at any cost except you have some great source in company. Senior Leadership they done know what they speak, they don't know how they behave, they are happy until lowest expenses are running the process. First time in my entire career I heard Layoff, just because of organization expenses. The people who mess with me will face more drastic situation in their life, for than what they have done. I had my channels and they gave me the news as managers also went through layoff later on in their life and faced their karma. Its a different feeling working at Infinite. Its bit addictive. You get to see some good things technically because, they get such clients.

Dislikes

Higher management is from cognizant. So any open position for Sr leadership post, Cognizant guys will get it. Sr. Management is very harsh. THey do not have head on their shoulders. Their Townhall is a technical session, inexperience evident of very bad leadership.

What Can I say maybe I was in wrong project, so many unnecessary restrictions like schools and colleges. Poor work life balance, so many layoffs.

This company follows an unethical hiring and firing process. They rush to hire resources , making false promises about job security and long term growth. However after a short period, they suddenly ask emp to resign without valid justification. The management lacks professionalism and accountability , making the work environment highly unstable.
