This company follows an unethical hiring and firing process. They rush to hire resources , making false promises about job security and long term growth. However after a short period, they suddenly ask emp to resign without valid justification. The management lacks professionalism and accountability , making the work environment highly unstable.

Worst work culture, they check your bag at gate every day like some garment factory. Only get advantage only if you are girl , no matter how talented you are. Micro management to it's peak. Infinite computer solution is good .but client iron mountain is worst. Client name is anil zampa he dont have much knowledge on front end angular. he do lot of micro managment.which is pathetic. Dont join iron mountain projects.

Client project from Iron mountain is worst. Client name Anil zampa he is worst fellow and dump. He is working in HITL project and IDP project. He do lot of micro management everytime. He will inform to his superiors if candidate misses one day work. That superior person listen to his words which is pathetic.

You will get the 10% hike annually but hike in variables like gratuity and group insurance.
