- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered
- Coordinating and conducting testing of solutions to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency
- Communicating project status and risks to stakeholders and making recommendations to mitigate risks
- Mentoring and training team members to ensure their professional growth and development
- Strong background in business analysis, excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill
