Not talking about higher management in my tenure, but those manager whom I have worked with or those delhivery head whom I haved worked with all are too much co operative..& even they will bring themselve down to the ground level if required to help the TA team

Nothing. It's purely based on the team whom you are working for. BUT mostly, for freshers it can be beneficial. After 1+ years, it's really a waste of time to sit in Infinite and waste your time. I'm also just trying to develop skills and waiting for the right opportunity to move away from this toxic company and work culture.

Not even a 10% I will say good things about Infinite. I have experienced the worst phase in my beginning of my career in Infinite. Currently, I have analysed my long term goals and working towards that. Once, I upskill I'll definitely switch rather than staying in this toxic company.

The work life balance depends on your seniority and the junior engineers have always been targeted and pressurised by the project delivery manager and work life balance is a myth in healthcare domain.
