I worked for 14 years and i got opportunities to work on 7 different positions/profiles, starting from Quality Engineer to Manager and Plant Manager. if you are a performer then company will take care on salary, position and opportunity to grow.

Dislikes

I have not come across as such which i can mention here, however one thing is that sometimes it become so difficult to judge your performance to give your deserving dues. also it takes lot of time to build your integrity.

Work Details

For me it’s like born and brought up so i learned to manage work life balance while i grow with full job satisfaction.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
