Nothing to like here. Please read reviews before joining. No proper management. The ecommerce head Surabhi Laddha doesn't know how to handle a team, runs only after power and control.

Dislikes

Work culture. Strict 9 hours desk job. Working Saturdays. Extremely bad leave policy. But no one questions how the managers and higher ups disappear for leaves without any repercussions. Only the employees suffer and they're treated like labours. No clear communication but always a sense of urgency and anxiety. This company plays with people's carrier. They don't know how to operate in big market. They don't care about people's job. They fired people unnecessary just because they had very bad planning and they didn't give any reason. The worst part is they don't stick to what they say while the interview and will force you to move to Chennai or either quit. It's a very bad company with very bad leadership....Read More

Company is not structured. They don't know how to operate in a big market. People are all over the place and they don't pay much also If they will they make sure they get the work done and fire you. Very bad leadership . They made policy to strictly sit in office for 9 hrs even if you don't have work. And only alternate Saturday were off. They think people are labour who work under them.

We have to do continuous shift whenever required they won't give permission when u need they only think about the company but not about staff even we have to eat lunch in trail rooms there is no lunch rooms also and many more

No respect at all, management doesn't responds for call. They tell we will discuss and let you know after that no response. Sales staff are forced to work continously. Specially HR - Head doesn't know how HR has to be. Don't know how he was selected. I Don't recommend there. Over all bad company to work with.
