Nothing to like here. Please read reviews before joining. No proper management. The ecommerce head Surabhi Laddha doesn't know how to handle a team, runs only after power and control.

Dislikes

Work culture. Strict 9 hours desk job. Working Saturdays. Extremely bad leave policy. But no one questions how the managers and higher ups disappear for leaves without any repercussions. Only the employees suffer and they're treated like labours. No clear communication but always a sense of urgency and anxiety. Manager is neverthere when you need them but will come and create chaos to show power. Hierarchical division is there. O/10 would never recommend....Read More

Long shift with minimal benefits, such as a managers not receiving Provident fund and other entitlement can lead to dissatisfaction among employees. it’s important for employers to ensure fair compensation and benefit to retain motivate and productive staff

We have to do continuous shift whenever required they won't give permission when u need they only think about the company but not about staff even we have to eat lunch in trail rooms there is no lunch rooms also and many more
