I am working as Senior Credit Analyst in Mid corporate. Work life balance, knowledge uplift, work satisfaction are very good. Salary and Appraisal are low when compared to industry. Seniors guide us well.

My 1st boss was God's man was very understanding and helpful, Higher management is good but bit slow on decision making,

No good appraisal and salary hikes after getting 5stars ratings as well,ur managers expect you to work on holidays as well,zero work life balance.due to that resigned from my post Sr Manager without having any offers in my hand, Was working in month end from 9 am to 12 am which is pathetic

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

While hiring they will give you nice package. You will be exited.

After joining you will not get time to learn the process of the bank. Because they will tell upfront that you have not been hired for providing services to the customer. After completion of 3 months you will start listening that "if you can't then leave the company we can hire 2 more people in your salary". Senior managers are leastbother about your efforts because they want only result. Requesting everyone think 10 times before joining this company. Managers threatening saying " If Life Insurance will not happen today then you will see hell in your life today and go wherever you can complain against me I am least bother" There are lot of things to say but I can not explain everything in this. 1. There is no job security in Synergy department( Vehicle Loan), In IndusInd Bank. 2. Branch people are not at all supportive to provide auto loan leads, because no one focuses on this perticular product. 3.Management are extremely toxic. RSM Mr. Samrat Chakraborty and ASM Mr. Smarajit Bhar this 2 person are extremely toxic and nonsense and Worthless.They will continuously Pressurise to resign forcefully from the organisation,If anyone doesn't achieve their target every month and the target provided by the management is beyond expectations. 4.Here a new employee has the same sales target as a 2 years old vintage employee has. 5.They speaks very bad languages to their team members. 6.Miss Shailaja ( Synergy HR) useless person. Work culture in branch is worst manager treat employees like slave , everyday in branch manager force to sit till night 9 for sales target, manager shout and behaves like D grade school principal. All process are worst!! No support for technical team or any other team for any type of issue
