Toxic work culture they made you to work on all Saturday's and even govt holidays and moreover on Sunday also and lot of concalls they won't allow you to work and worst HR and using lot of un parliamentary works etc., hence not to recommend this bank for my enemy also.

How employees are treated. Unwanted demands, systems are not supportive. IT team is not at all helpful. To get a small work done it takes weeks.. Staff shortage always. Very Bad culture.

The only thing to like is flexibility

1. Work culture totally sucks.. there is nothing like wealth. They don't have any book or customers to give. 2. Whatever business happens it happens only on MF churning. 3. Country Head takes call on every Saturday and Sunday. Totally abusive. 4. Out of 4 Zonal Heads 3 of them have resigned. 5. Think before joining because many organization there don't hire from IndusInd Bank.

Worst. Attendance not regularise if you're not eligible for incentive. Except 2nd Saturday all days are working including month end Sunday and some government holidays also. Harsh words used by SM. Bank policy is tough. You need survival skill to work in this organisation

Toxic Culture, system errors for employees and customers both for access ,no resolution of customers problem, definitely customer will not satisfied with services...our relationship with customer also hamper very badly , very badly politics by upper senior reporting.

Bank is with easy targets and we can achieve them easily but the middle man (cluster head and regional heads) shows some caste feeling and do internal politics,if you enquire about CH here ,,a lot of people has been upsconded because of him not about targets and all. And he got lot show cause notices with him but HR don't do any thing because hr do what he say exactly.hahaha,,

Pathetic work experience, u will end up finding yourself as a telecaller. Yes u will get a good salary, but it will be on the cost of deteriorating your whole career. U won't get any value in the other banks, because all others know the bad quality of books, credit card telecalling, etc.

I have worked at Indusind bank Contact Centre . There HR were very helpful and they treat every employee as a family member . They try to help them in every moment Wherever they feel needed . Manager and team leaders were also very helpful and guiding the colleague very well and motivates them to achieve their goal They are flexible and friendly in nature . So this was my experience . They can make some plan for outing and it will Help to get connection with the employee and all of them would know each other very well. So they nobody would get bore over there. They can plan some outdoor games too for The fitness of the employee . It will be beneficial for the company growth And will also motivate the employee to do the job passionately. Never get more out of it. Thank you
