Dislikes about working in indusind banks are alot words are less to describe how bad experience will be in indusind bank ..if someone is willing to work in indusind bank...I would suggest don't waste your precious experience and time in working indusind bank ..try out somewhere else...you will be more ...satisfied working in some other company ...

No proper support from managers branch managers are dangerous towards employee favourite employe get good support . Not treat equally . No proper hr support . Manager use their power to spoil employee life. Unrealistic target . This is not bank these are insurance company. They only focus on insurance. No proper training. No propersupport . Second thing if u have do pr die situation then join Indusind bank other wise explore your self and search other opportunities. Hr not received your call . Hr will also not understand your problem even you share medical thereafter they will not relieve you . Hr is only for name and position. Huge politics . If you hard worker employee and source good business then managers will map your clients to his favourite employee. They will treat you like you are slave. This Bank has the worst culture. I have ever seen in my 10 years of career. As you all may know, banking employees have second and fourth Saturday of But this particular bank, they have old four Saturdays and Sundays working Not this they also disturb you on rest of the Saturdays and fun days and ask you to work Seniors have no sense of talking The way of talking is crap, they use abusive language Bring in your family and talk shit about them as well Taking even a single holiday is a huge task, which you will be abused for And if you do not join the Bank on Saturday and Sunday, they send you disciplinary mail So thank yourself, if you want to join such a bank They have a morning call and an evening call The evening you will start around 8 o'clock and go by 9 o'clock in evening So you're working from nine in the morning to 9 till evening You are just working like a labour, I would say a labour class person is having better work life balance than the IndusInd Bank employees...Read More

Basic savings account is rs 20k which is very very high.I think bank doesnot know that how to acquire customers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.

Focus on branch management, like gave proper branch staff, equipment ( passbook printer, sitting chair, good connection of internet etc) .

Dislikes

Branch far from market, account opening distance criteria like 500 mts only, some minor approval also take from ZH, account close approval also taken from ZH. Without branch staff or customer consent high value debit card dispatch etc.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

Even after having 3 years experience of experience from IndusInd bank channel, due to being out of Delhi. I was not able to give my resignation period, due to which the company did not give me my relieving letter. Even after coming back i want give my resignation period but the company had already absconded me. Now my 3 years of hard work has gone waste. Some managers are nice, Saturdays are off Flexible timings Work life balance is fine. Job security if u work really well.

No Salary hike. Even house help can get more hike than here promotion Skill development Managers can be annoying They will dump more work on person who works efficiently others can enjoy with no work and salary. Salary increment very poor even for the person gets amazing Performance ratings. No promotion also.

I hope I could give zero. There is nothing to like apart from bank FD rates because it is competitive than other bank and because of that you will find 70% are senior citizens customer and they will not invest any money apart from FD. Anyway coming to the next part. Work life balance is hell here please take proper feedback from friends or colleagues about BM or CH before joining or else it is going to be a nightmare in your life and trust me you will regret like anything after joing and even after leaving the company they will hold your salary for 60 days and mention that it is company policy. Indusind bank's products which they offer for customer are really competitive and financially efficient. Such products not only strengthens the customer engagement but also customer satisfaction.

Dislikes

Work culture within the organisation is pathetic and toxic. People are less inclined towards learning and growing and more inclined towards petty office politics. Work life balance is not there with the organization. Indusind bank literally chokes the growth an employee.

Bank is with easy targets and we can achieve them easily but the middle man (cluster head and regional heads) shows some caste feeling and do internal politics,if you enquire about CH here ,,a lot of people has been upsconded because of him not about targets and all. And he got lot show cause notices with him but HR don't do any thing because hr do what he say exactly.hahaha,,
