I am working as Senior Credit Analyst in Mid corporate. Work life balance, knowledge uplift, work satisfaction are very good. Salary and Appraisal are low when compared to industry. Seniors guide us well.

Basic savings account is rs 20k which is very very high.I think bank doesnot know that how to acquire customers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

1. There is no job security in Synergy department( Vehicle Loan), In IndusInd Bank. 2. Branch people are not at all supportive to provide auto loan leads, because no one focuses on this perticular product. 3.Management are extremely toxic. RSM Mr. Samrat Chakraborty and ASM Mr. Smarajit Bhar this 2 person are extremely toxic and nonsense and Worthless.They will continuously Pressurise to resign forcefully from the organisation,If anyone doesn't achieve their target every month and the target provided by the management is beyond expectations. 4.Here a new employee has the same sales target as a 2 years old vintage employee has. 5.They speaks very bad languages to their team members. 6.Miss Shailaja ( Synergy HR) useless person. Work culture in branch is worst manager treat employees like slave , everyday in branch manager force to sit till night 9 for sales target, manager shout and behaves like D grade school principal. All process are worst!! No support for technical team or any other team for any type of issue

Even after having 3 years experience of experience from IndusInd bank channel, due to being out of Delhi. I was not able to give my resignation period, due to which the company did not give me my relieving letter. Even after coming back i want give my resignation period but the company had already absconded me. Now my 3 years of hard work has gone waste. And because now i am not able to join any company because every company asking for the relieving latter from my last company. Worst. Attendance not regularise if you're not eligible for incentive. Except 2nd Saturday all days are working including month end Sunday and some government holidays also. Harsh words used by SM. Bank policy is tough. You need survival skill to work in this organisation

Biggest dislike is vc from 9 to 12 then midday vc 2-4 for hour then 5-7 in evening. People don't work here but always discuss to do work. Even the management knows everything but still going like this. Service is terrible.ex a pvt ltd ca holder has applied 12 times for debit card in last 2 years but bank is unable to issue him debit card due to banks technical issue.

This Bank has the worst culture. I have ever seen in my 10 years of career. As you all may know, banking employees have second and fourth Saturday of But this particular bank, they have old four Saturdays and Sundays working Not this they also disturb you on rest of the Saturdays and fun days and ask you to work Seniors have no sense of talking The way of talking is crap, they use abusive language Bring in your family and talk shit about them as well Taking even a single holiday is a huge task, which you will be abused for And if you do not join the Bank on Saturday and Sunday, they send you disciplinary mail So thank yourself, if you want to join such a bank They have a morning call and an evening call The evening you will start around 8 o'clock and go by 9 o'clock in evening So you're working from nine in the morning to 9 till evening You are just working like a labour, I would say a labour class person is having better work life balance than the IndusInd Bank employees...Read More
