Please don't select this bank. they will not give proper recognition for our work.bank is good but work nature and way for work is totally bad. Backend process is entirely bad to work . opening an account is impossible for all the customers worst online apps. without backend support employees can't work freely. They need business only but don't support for doing business (support means I am telling about backend process).do not encourage employees for doing work. each and every month pip will be issued for every month Target. I don't even see such a bank like this . Work culture is just pathetic... No place for growth... As a RM, the only ask is to bring your own base of customers and do not depend on the banks books... Bank needs to introspect there approach if they are doing lateral hiring.

Basic savings account is rs 20k which is very very high.I think bank doesnot know that how to acquire customers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

Affluent team management is very bad. Area manager don't know about his job. Area Manager do a partially to our collogues.No buddy care about customer service, customer satisfaction, GSFC . No buddy is working for pramotion. they work for only secure our job .

I have a good opinion about the job culture of IndusInd bank, it has a robust management team. They are very helpful and supportive, operation and sales team has a good coordination, which in turn makes it very smooth to work without stress.

First should be change mindshet of channel Partners like Tata AIA. These guys are dominating our indusind employees. These guys are behaviour like CEOs. Treat like Agents of our employees. as per labour law rules don't working in holidays. But in this bank holidays also worked.strictly implement this.

Even house help can get more hike than here promotion Skill development Managers can be annoying They will dump more work on person who works efficiently others can enjoy with no work and salary. Salary increment very poor even for the person gets amazing Performance ratings. No promotion also.

I hope I could give zero. There is nothing to like apart from bank FD rates because it is competitive than other bank and because of that you will find 70% are senior citizens customer and they will not invest any money apart from FD. Anyway coming to the next part. Work life balance is hell here please take proper feedback from friends or colleagues about BM or CH before joining or else it is going to be a nightmare in your life and trust me you will regret like anything after joing and even after leaving the company they will hold your salary for 60 days and mention that it is company policy.
