When I was in this organisation.. I'll not specify the name of this manager but he was not efficient as a legal professional... This organisation should understand one think that a lawyer can't be a recovery agent at a time. They are hiring a legal professional for recovery assets.. this can be perfect if the recovery can be done though legal proceedings.. but here the scenerio is different... All the time the legal co ordinator will pressurise to go for visit doar to doar which is totally unprofessional for a legal professional... There is no backup like police or any recovery agent as well.... I think company should look into it that please hire someone better who is much qualified for recovery not for legal documentation for this post. Otherwise the company's behaviour is good.
