IMFSR (Hr Team) Because of IMFSR Hr team getting delay response I have lost 7days woking salary, I have moved from IMFSR rolls to IBL rolls. I have several discussion in phone with IMFSR Hr team same I follwed & I have resigned on31st Oct 2022. IBL Hr team asked me resignation confirmation from IMFSR team. Thy gaved reply on 2nd novmbr gtng delay reply frm IMFSR team, IBL Hr consider as joing on7th Nov22 in IBL rolls. any how Regular am gng to office but I have lost 7days pay. Now gtng to F&F settlement from IMFSR company again they deducted Rs. 14,700/- because of I didn't serve notice period. Already I informed IMFSR Hr they said it's internal moving only 1day notice period enough and as per his Suggestion I resigned on 31st Oct 22 in IMFSR company. Over all indusind bank is good. My colleges are so friendly and comfortable to ask . As per my current profile which I have seen my colleague as no growth they were still working from past 10 years

My current working profile & which I am working and experiencing daily. Timing, Superiors will not be supported, No proper response from vendors, Working process is not good.

Based on my current working profile there is no other think other than job, we should not get single hour per day to spent with the family or personal life.
