Continuum program is good for employees elevation.

Dislikes

Hr support is completely nill and tortures employees by giving location far from the residence even after requesting for near by branches. Too much politics by RH and HR. No support for employees. There is an option for employees to choose the role after elevation but HR will give only the role which is recommended by RH. No value for employees. And the appraisal bonus hikes are worste. Such a terrific work culture and no carrier growth, no travel expenses for employees, they need to spend money from own pocket for company travels.

Dislikes

No proper hr in organization and no systematic process and only one man show from pan India in all departments.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
