My journey till has been really gud. My seniors trusted me and on my capabilities, they gave responsibilities that were beyond my KRA and I too worked hard to come up on their expectatin. There also have some situations that were quite tricky but yes keep my patience high I have sailed through them.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
