There is nothing that I can say. they just hire students showing a fake CTC of 4-6 LPA and give you only 22k In hand.

Dislikes

Poor training and management system Two years of contract with 1 Lakh compensation Probation period of 6 months after 6 months of training Even they can fire you without any proper reason

Work Details

In my personal experience, I will never suggest anyone for joining Indusnet Technologies. Even if you join then try to clear all the mentioned points with HR.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
