Lack of Job Security: Employees can be dismissed at any time without a valid reason creating an uncertain work environment. 3. While the company offers substantial learning oppurtunites,there can be challenges in balancing support and development tasks, which might feel overwhelming at times. Additionally, structured training programs or better onboarding processes for freshers could help them adapt more quickly.
