1.Salary on time 2.Employees are like family members. Much helpful. 3. That's it. Beyond this i did not find any positivity.

Dislikes

1. Fix a meeting then. I do have a long list. I would like to share with you guyzz.. 2. Just one example i will give , the employee from operational and manegerial segment dont want to stay exceeding 1 and half year. They come and go . I heard and felt the hard truth in almost 2yrs of my career in this company. I think that's enough. Who dislike and why ???

1.This year on the day of diwali we ate one spoon 'Bonde' ( local bengali sweets) 2. Every month we use to get Bonus and RIDICULOUS 3. 2 late coming on every month if we make a biometric punch for one second late. Otherwise our salary is deducted or leave balance. 4. Per year one DJ party and snacks which cost value Rs.20.50- Rs.25.10 (Total budget Rs 10000 for atleast 75 employees.)
