As gaming was very new to my career. One of the quick growths I happen to have here, I was moved to Key Accounts. After that, I understood the real reason behind the Kindness culture they follow. I work in association with almost all the important leaders in the gaming division. Every single leader from project managers to COO Sir, Very humble, kind, ready to teach you whatever you need to know (small or big), Give space to correct mistakes. I am the youngest and I never felt small in a room full of tenured leaders in gaming. I know there are flaws everywhere and nothing is perfect. In my life, I have never been in such positive leadership environment. My focus in career will be mainly on Learnings that I take for life. I worked at top MNC for 4 years, Yet the leadership culture is droopy. Everything was taken care of, official trips, expenses. Because there is no slack period the company had a policy to not remove anybody but layoffs based on performance or lack of being a team player.
