The seniors here are very good listeners. They were always there for me even though there were issues in my personal life. Another thing that I loved about the company was the kind of environment that has been maintained there. There is of course competition but a healthy one.

Dislikes

There was nothing to dislike about Indi IT solutions. I highly recommend people join our family and learn as much as they can.

Overall good experience for me! Work-life balance is as per expectation during WFH. Technical growth work pressure varies based on the delivery of updates and optimizations—other perk-working weekend allowance, no leave/month benefit, etc.

Overall it is good. The organization should contribute more to social causes and provide health benefits to the employees.

There are specific work timelines that you must meet. And if you have to work more than that, You will be credited for it. And compared to other It firms, the pressure is pretty much lower. You also get time for your personal life which is very important for every individual.
