There is always a friendly environment, enthusiastic, fun-loving people, weekly fun activities, team lunches, amazing events and celebrations, and a lot more that makes an employee feel very comfortable in the company. This is something that motivates you to get out of bed in the morning and go to work.

Dislikes

The only thing they should improve is their micromanagement so that seniors managers can observe abd communication with newcomers and all of thier juniors, making them more optimistic about their work.

The team leader, managers and senior managers are all courteous. I haven’t witnessed them being harsh to any of the employees. They treat us as if we were their friends. They are our guides in all matters.

Management gives enough flexibility in your working timings if you have any reasonable situation to handle. Good remuneration is definitely a plus and incentives structure is also amazing which motivates you to work more harder.

Dislikes

There are expectations for working even after office hours among other things that would be irksome sometimes, but then also, it only makes you grow.
