Overall good experience for me! Work-life balance is as per expectation during WFH. Technical growth work pressure varies based on the delivery of updates and optimizations—other perk-working weekend allowance, no leave/month benefit, etc.

Management gives enough flexibility in your working timings if you have any reasonable situation to handle. Good remuneration is definitely a plus and incentives structure is also amazing which motivates you to work more harder.
