Someimes my work get delayed due to approvals from upper management, as they adhere to proper hierarchical proces, which is beneficial for them. However, I feel that it impact the delivery time.

Before committing any code I need to check if it is up-to the coding standards. I agree it's a lengthy process but from this I am learning so many ways of coding.
