- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
- This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
- They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate with experience of around 4 to 7 years in IT Sales.
- Experience defining customer requirements from both a business and technology angle.
- Working Experience of Upwork, Fiverr, Linkedin and Top coder.
- Familiarity with different pricing and engagement models.
- Proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow-ups, Requirement Gathering.
- New Business Development for WEB DEVELOPMENT, MOBILE APPS &- DIGITAL MARKETING.
- Lead generation, exploring the newer market strategies, and making agents to the foreign countries To prospect for new clients by online portals, networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and companies practice leaders/Principals.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
- Should have proper technical experience in working on various lead generation tools.
- Experience in preparing a business proposal.
- Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
- Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in English, having the experience to deal with foreign clients.

I had previously worked for other companies before joining Indi IT Solutions, but the exit policies and admiration I received upon leaving were very touching.
