We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, drive business growth, and expand market presence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in solution sales, particularly in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) or Observability solutions, and possess strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities to enhance business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts for long-term success.
- Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Think critically and strategically to ensure project success and business objectives are met.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of business development experience in a related industry.
- Experience in solution sales related to APM or Observability solutions is a must.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business growth strategies.
- Results-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strategic mindset
