- You will be responsible for the full partnership lifecycle, from initial identification and outreach to ongoing relationship management and performance optimization.


Responsibilities:


Identify Partnership Opportunities:


- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential strategic partners that align with the company's business objectives and target market.


- Explore various partnership models, including joint ventures, co-marketing agreements, reseller programs, and technology integrations.


Develop New Relationships:


- Proactively reach out to potential partners, build rapport, and cultivate strong relationships.


- Effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with our company and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.


- Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new partnership prospects.


Grow Business and Expand Company Reach:


- Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand the company's reach.


- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.


Maintain Existing Business:


- Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize their performance and ensure long-term success.


- Regularly communicate with partners, provide support, and address any concerns.


- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement.


Strategic Planning and Execution:


- Develop comprehensive partnership plans that outline clear objectives, strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).


- Think critically and analytically to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.


- Execute plans efficiently and track progress towards goals.


Collaboration and Communication:


- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partnership activities.


- Communicate clearly and concisely with partners, providing regular updates and fostering open communication.


Reporting and Analysis:


- Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports to management on key metrics and progress towards goals.


- Identify trends and insights to optimize partnership strategies and maximize ROI.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's/Masters degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


- 3-4 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role within the industry.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with partners.


- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and manage successful partnerships.


- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.


- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
