Role Description.

This is a full-time remote role for a Webinar Operations & Customer Support Executive.

You will be responsible for conducting outbound and inbound calls, replying to customer queries and support requests, converting queries into sales, setting up and managing automated email sequences, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), utilising WhatsApp tools for communication, providing timely and effective support to customers, and also collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in managing email sequences and automated messaging tools.

Familiarity with LMS platforms and tools like Wati AI and Sensy.

Previous experience in customer support or sales, especially in a remote setting.

Ability to handle multiple communication channels efficiently (calls, emails, WhatsApp).

Willingness to work on weekends, with compensation in the form of comp-offs.

Desire to learn best practices and the latest trends.

Proficiency in Google Sheets.
