Customer External
- Understand customer biz
- Plan and deliver tasks and in agreed time scales
- Delivering biz SLA and KPI
- Maintaining high level of accuracy and completeness to the tasks performed relating to day to day transactions in system
- Performance Delivery as per customer expectations
- Customer Satisfaction
Stakeholder Internal
- Responsible for creation of users, location in Logics systems and appropriate assignment of responsibilities
- Responsible for analysing Carbon Accounting data and carrying out Carbon audits for sites across the globe.
- Above activities are very critical to business hence requires alertness and concentration ensuring Quality of Transactions is met at the highest levels along with completeness of activity
- Manage exception requests as per set guidelines
- Timely discrepancy management
- Must be able to perform the work smoothly without any errors.
- Will be the Point of contact for the country lead to receive the request for User Profile Administration.
- Ensure that the details are received as per the standard process and entered or uploaded as the case may be in Logics System.
- Should maintain the data in a simple and organised manner to be able to do some analysis on it. The data also needs to be managed as per the process documented.
- Must carry out data integrity and compliance check processes as laid down in SOP.
- contact the given point of contacts in case of any approvals needed or in case of any doubt
- adhere to communication and escalation matrix
- Highlight & challenge data anomalies with the Country Leads prior to the production of monthly reports.
- Follow up with Country Lead [or any specific person assigned for the task] in case of any issues and data integrity and compliance after reporting closure in order to resolve it before the next reporting cycle.
- Escalate any issues or roadblocks which require senior management attention.
- Comply with the established issues tracking procedure
- Any system issues to be reported to right contact ensuring the ticket is raised and right methods are followed.
- Work up on the performance feedback provided by customers or line manager/senior mgmt
- Responsible for extracting reports through set templates or create manually at the required frequency as needed
- Data Integrity & Compliance issues are followed up and improved data quality is achieved enabling successful audits
- Exceptions Management to be maintained at regular intervals.
Process
- Follow and adhere to processes and exception SOPs
- Provide both verbal & written information in a timely, clear and concise manner.
- Provide deviations information to line manager, share queries / suggestions during new process development, adherence.
- Maintain records as necessary as per process / audits or as explained
- Maintain data process related, volumes, data which reflects the performance
- Maintain data in consolidated sheet for easy reference
- Maintain approvals and archive critical data as per process
- Adherence to process, compliance & Controls.
People - Management
- Executive will not have any direct reportees under them, However, he/she must be able to act as a good team player as a Sr. executive and lead tasks and initiatives in the said areas and support team activities
- Must take full ownership of work handled and should be able to take initiatives on their own.
- Display positive attitude

Skills / Qualifications
Key capabilities
- Excellent spoken English [Fluency in written and spoken English essential]
- Additional language such as Spanish and German will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills [able to comprehend and articulate]

- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- High Computer literacy with extensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Good interpersonal communication (verbal & written)

- Flexible in working for any shifts including night shift (if required). Knowledge of relational databases Preferred.

Expected years of experience
(Minimum)
- 2-4 years Operational Experience
- Macro development will be added advantage, but not the criteria for selection
- Customer facing/interaction experience [Client Management]
Expected Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Degree or equivalent
