Front Office Receptionist

Kalyan Jewellers is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor logs.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
• Receive and distribute correspondence, parcels, and other deliveries.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
