About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our business.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and developing long-term business relationships.
- They should possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of executing successful business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic business partnerships to drive company growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and expansion goals.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, proposals, and business agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development performance and key metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
