Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, collaboration with the marketing department, different online portals.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention and building up with new clients.
- Suggesting upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to increase revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure competitive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and interpersonal skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing client feedback and implementing necessary changes to improve customer satisfaction.
- Staying informed about market trends to ensure our offerings remain relevant.
Requirements :
- Proven experience/knowledge in sales, ideally in an IT company.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior and client needs.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying client pain points and proposing suitable solutions.
- Professional yet approachable demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful with outstanding research abilities.
- Thrives in challenging situations and enjoys achieving targets.
